1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kidsflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.2. Description of Service
Kidsflow is a school dismissal management platform that enables schools to verify authorized guardians and allows parents to manage pickup authorizations for their children. The service includes digital identity verification, real-time notifications, and audit logs.3. User-Submitted Content
Certain schools require the submission of identification documents and photos for verification at the moment of pickup. By submitting this content, you represent and warrant that:
- the information and images submitted are true, legible, and current;
- the document belongs to you or, in the case of registering an authorized pickup person, that you have that person's authorization to submit their data and images and to inform them about this processing;
- you will not submit third-party documents without authorization, false or altered documents, or any unlawful, offensive content or content unrelated to the identity-verification purpose.
You retain ownership of the documents and images submitted. You grant us only a limited license to store and display them to the school for the purpose of identity verification at school dismissal, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Kidsflow stores and makes this content available on behalf of the school. The comparison between the document presented and the person present at the gate is performed by a school staff member, as described in the section on school responsibilities — Kidsflow does not validate the authenticity of the submitted documents.
We may remove content that violates these terms and suspend access for whoever submitted it.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, providing accurate and up-to-date information, using the service only for legitimate school dismissal management purposes, and immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.5. School Responsibilities
Schools using Kidsflow are responsible for: verifying the identity of students and guardians, training staff on proper use of the platform, maintaining complementary security procedures, and ensuring only authorized personnel have access to the system.
- at the moment of pickup, checking the document and photo displayed on the platform against the person present, when the school has enabled document verification.
