A Brazilian platform for school dismissal No student leaves without a checked authorization

No line at the gate.
No doubt at handover.

Guardians tap "on my way" in the app, and your team calls the student before the car reaches the gate. At the gate, staff check the face and ID of whoever is collecting, and every handover is logged.

01 · The problem

Every day, at the same hour, the whole school stops.

It is the riskiest moment of the school day, and the only one still handled by radio and by memory.

The problem is one. Each school feels it differently.

The line

Cars around the block

The street jams, neighbours complain, parents wait on their phones. Every car stops, someone shouts a name, someone runs to fetch the child.

The gatekeeper who knows everyone

The authorization lives in one person's memory

They know every face and every exception. What if they are out tomorrow? Whoever covers starts from zero, with a printed list.

No gatekeeper

Whoever is at the gate does the releasing

A teacher, a coordinator, an assistant. Between one class and the next, the check is done from memory, and nobody writes down who took whom.

The Old Way

A printed list at the gate, a note in the school planner, a phone call from a mother who can't make it today. Staff memorize faces and trust their memory.

What changes at dismissal

For schools

Your team knows who's on the way and who's allowed to pick up

The queue sorts itself, the authorization shows on the gate screen, and the record stays afterward.

A queue ordered by who arrives first

The app calculates each guardian's distance and arrival time. Classes are called in real order, not in the order they phoned.

Identity check at the gate

At release, staff see the face photo, the ID document and its number on screen. What was shown is stored alongside the handover.

A board on the lobby TV

Pair any TV with a 6-digit code and show the queue in the lobby or the gate booth. You choose whether student photos and plates appear.

A record of every pickup

Student, who collected, gate, time, the staff member who released, and the authorization used. You can filter the history by class, gate and period.

For families

Plans change at the last minute. So can the authorization.

Who may collect your child today is your call, from your phone, right now.

Authorization with a date range and set days

Choose the person, the period, and which weekdays they may collect. Revoke any time, without going through the office.

A temporary code for people without the app

Whoever is collecting today gets a short, random code, valid only for the window you set. They show it at the gate, the school checks it, and it can't be used twice.

Say you're on the way

On foot or by car, in one tap. Several children in one trip become a single pickup, and your location is used only while you're heading there.

A notification the moment they leave

You get who collected, at which gate, and at what time, including when it wasn't you.

How it Works

1

Heads-up

The guardian opens the app and says they're on the way. The school already knows who's coming, for which student, and to which gate.

2

Call

The queue orders itself by arrival time. When the car enters the gate's radius, the arrival is recorded automatically and the student is called.

3

Handover

At the gate, staff check the face and the ID, release the student and confirm. The guardian gets the notification and the record is kept.

Privacy

Built for children's data

The ID and photo of whoever collects are sensitive data. What we do with them is written out in the privacy policy, item by item.

ID numbers masked outside the gate

Administrators see only the document type and a partial number. The full image appears only to the person releasing the student, at the moment of release.

Every access is logged

Who opened a document image, when, and whose. Images are stored apart from the database, behind short-lived links generated one at a time.

No facial recognition

The check is visual, done by a person. We apply no automated biometrics, and this data is never used for advertising or sold.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most from schools evaluating Kidsflow.

What is Kidsflow?

Kidsflow is a B2B technology platform designed for schools that solves two critical problems in the school day: organizing the student dismissal flow (eliminating vehicle and pedestrian lines) and securely managing pickup authorizations.

How does Kidsflow reduce pickup lines at school?

Kidsflow organizes and digitizes the student dismissal process, allowing schools to coordinate vehicle and pedestrian flow in real time. Through notifications, early calls, and guardian identification, the system distributes dismissals in a staggered manner, reducing congestion and wait times for families.

How does the pickup authorization control work?

Parents register which people are authorized to pick up their children. When someone arrives to pick up a child, the system identifies them, validates permission in real time, and logs the event. Anyone without a valid authorization for that day simply never appears as releasable on the gate screen, and staff never have to make that call on the spot.

Do parents need to install an app?

Yes, and it's straightforward. Guardians use the Kidsflow app to say they're on the way, manage who may collect their child, and get confirmation of the pickup. For a one-off collection by someone without the app, the guardian generates a short, temporary code that person shows at the gate, and they install nothing.

How is Kidsflow implemented at a school?

Implementation is led by the Kidsflow team in partnership with school management. The process includes platform configuration, student and guardian registration, staff training, and support during the initial period. Schools don't need complex technology infrastructure to get started.

Is Kidsflow compliant with LGPD?

Yes. Kidsflow was developed following LGPD (General Data Protection Law) guidelines. Student and guardian data is handled securely, stored in a controlled manner, and accessed only by school-authorized personnel.

What is Kidsflow's pricing model?

Kidsflow operates on a B2B model, contracted directly by the school. Pricing is proportional to the institution's size and contracted features. For a customized proposal, contact us at kidsflow.com.br.
