How do I create an account?
To create an account, you need to receive an invitation from your child's school. The school will send an invitation link to your registered email.
How do I add an authorized guardian?
In the app, go to "Authorizations" and tap "Add Guardian". Fill in the details and upload a photo of their ID document.
What if I forget my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot my password" and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.
How does the school verify guardian identity?
At the moment of release, gate staff see the face photo and ID document of whoever is collecting on screen, and check them visually before confirming the handover.
Does Kidsflow work offline?
The app requires an internet connection for real-time verification and authorization updates.
